Description

The event aims to discuss circular economy from the perspective of businesses and governments to allow students to understand better how the synergies between different actors can foster the transition. During the 30th of March, three short seminars will be delivered by professors and researchers of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (SSSA), Istanbul Technical University (ITU), and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). During the afternoon, a laboratory activity will be held. Students will learn and discuss implementing circular strategies in a particular business sector.On the 31st of March, students will be involved in a field trip to a recycling facility and a sanitary landfill. The field trip aims to understand deeper how to manage waste in the circular economy context.
