Course Description: Natural and technological disasters threatening development at territorial, national and global scale medium-long turn socio-economic impacts of disasters concepts of vulnerability and resilience risk perception public-private partnership international cooperations disaster scenarios. Course Objectives: To understand the impacts of disaster on territorial development. To evaluate the long turn impacts of disasters in the frame of inter-regional and international cooperations/partnerships. To reconsider regional and national planning according to disaster scenarios.
