Production Planning and Control

Course Description: This course which is the following course of Fundamentals of Production is designed to introduce the general concepts and problem areas related to Production Planning and Control. The firms should generate effective solutions for production planning problems in order to continue to exist in the market. To generate analytical solution and to evolve strategies are the main subjects of this course which has topics such as forecasting, inventory management, aggregate planning, master production scheduling, MRP, ERP, scheduling, capacity planning etc.
