Course Description
The course is an intensive week dedicated to entrepreneurship and ideation. The objectives are
1) Learning by doing – apply lean innovation and lean entrepreneurship principles to a small group (3-4 person) startup project (real or imagined).
2) Apply the principles of customer development, product development and business model development to your group’s startup project.
3) Use design thinking to develop solutions to real-world problems for real-world customers
4) Understand startup finance and how to develop a viable revenue model and business model
5) Learn to create a prototype and pitch innovation projects Silicon Valley style.

Tuesday 21 November 9-12:30 – Dynamic Business Modeling

Wednesday 22 November 9-12 :30 – Startup Finance
Wednesday 22 November 14-17 :30 – Revenue and business model
Thursday 23 November 9-12:30 – Rapid prototyping & the art of the pitch

Friday 24 November 9-10:30 – Practice pitches
Friday 24 November 14-17:30 – Final Investor pitch (with jury)
